How does scoring work?

Upload a creative. The pipeline runs a multimodal analysis (Vertex AI Gemini + Video Intelligence + Speech-to-Text) that produces raw signals. Those roll up into sub-KPI families, then into the five main KPIs: Beat the Skip, Get Noticed, Brand Impact, Sell Proposition, Build Brand. A weighted composite and benchmark percentile are attached.

Is my creative used to train AI?

No. SaliencyLab does not use your uploads to train any model, and the AI providers we use (Google Vertex AI) do not retain API inputs or outputs for training. Details on /security.

What is BuyerLens?

BuyerLens is the synthetic-users layer that explains buyer resistance for a specific RoastIQ result. It is a scenario simulation, not a real consumer panel. It only runs after a RoastIQ diagnostic — never on its own.

What is the benchmark pool?

Public-transparency ads (Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Google Ads Transparency) curated by platform, category, and format. Every report shows the sample size used. If a cell has fewer than 100 ads we show "Building — N ads" rather than a false benchmark.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Do you have a DPA?

Yes, on request for Pro and Enterprise plans. It covers processing scope, sub-processors, data transfers, and breach notifications. Contact dpa@saliencylab.com.

How is my data stored?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Uploads live in private Supabase Storage buckets accessed via signed URLs. Row-level security isolates every workspace. Backups run daily.

Where is data hosted?

EU data residency for workspaces and storage. Processing runs on Supabase (AWS) and Google Cloud regions selected for EU hosting.

How accurate are the scores?

Attribute detection is ~85% accurate. Scores are model predictions calibrated against market benchmarks. We do not claim to predict in-market success — this is a pre-launch diagnostic signal, not a measurement.

What platforms do you support?

Instagram (Feed, Reels, Stories), TikTok, YouTube (Pre-roll, Shorts), Facebook Feed, and Display. All digital — no TV.
